in 2002, Binzhou Weiqiao Aluminum Company is a new-style enterprise
subject to Weiqiao Chuangye Group. Present the company has 567
staffs and occupies an area of 310,000 square meters. With designed
annual production ability of 250,000 tons of electrolytic aluminum,
the company’s first-period project has been put into production
in July 2003. The company is mainly engaged in electrolytic
aluminum and aluminum profile series with products varieties
of common aluminum ingot, forged circular ingot, aluminum foil
and various aluminum alloy.
The company has 80 sets of 240KA pre-baking anodic electrolyzers
and the 100,000-ton pre-baking anodic production line is under
construction and will be put into production at the end of this
year. besides, the carbon factory of the company has annual
production ability of 150,000 tons of anodic carbon block used
for the production of electrolytic aluminum.
The company has 30 various technicians, among whom 20 are engineering
technicians above medium level. The company has a stable team
composed of medium and senior technicians and practiced operating
worker, perfect process inspecting and controlling system and
scientific and efficient inspecting equipments, which lay stable
basis for the batch production of eligible products. The company
pays attention to its products’ quality and has perfect quality
management system. The company has an inspecting center with
advanced inspecting equipments including chemical, physical
and photoelectric spectrum analysis equipments, so it has scientific
management, mature crafts, advanced technology and good products.
