On April 14, Zhao Guoliang, Secretary of the Wenshan Prefectural Party Committee in Yunnan Province, led a party and government delegation to Weiqiao Pioneering Group for an inspection and exchange visit. Zhang Bo, Chairman of Weiqiao Pioneering Group, held a discussion and exchange meeting with the delegation.

During the discussion, Zhao Guoliang expressed the hope that the two sides would further deepen cooperation, exploring new opportunities in areas such as technological upgrading of the green aluminum industry, downstream development of smart aluminum projects, and industrial cluster growth, to help Wenshan Prefecture’s green aluminum sector achieve higher-level development.

Zhang Bo stated that he hopes both sides will further integrate resources and leverage their respective strengths, working together to build the Green Aluminum Innovation Industrial Park into a more competitive aluminum industry ecosystem, and to open up a new chapter of mutual benefit and win-win cooperation.

During the visit, the delegation paid tribute at the Zhang Shiping Memorial Hall, and conducted field visits to the Weiqiao Textile Green Intelligent Factory, the 600kA Smart Aluminum Electrolysis Plant, the Lightweight Base, and downstream production workshops.
