On August 22, the signing ceremony for a strategic cooperation agreement between Weiqiao Pioneering Group and China Merchants Bank was held at Weiqiao Junlan Hotel. Present at the ceremony were Xu Mingjie, Vice President of China Merchants Bank and President of its Beijing Branch, and Sun Liping, President of the Jinan Branch; Zhang Bo, Chairman of Weiqiao Pioneering Group, and Zhao Suwen, Executive Director and Deputy General Manager of the Group.

          Prior to the signing, both parties held in-depth discussions. Chairman Zhang Bo expressed gratitude to China Merchants Bank for its long-term support of the Group’s development and gave a detailed introduction to the company’s recent achievements and future plans.

          Xu Mingjie stated that China Merchants Bank would fully leverage its strengths in financial technology and integrated services, further expanding areas of cooperation on the basis of existing business, to help the Group achieve higher-quality growth.

          Before the talks, Xu Mingjie and his delegation visited the Weiqiao Textile R&D and Creative Achievements Exhibition Hall, the green smart factory, the 600kA intelligent aluminum electrolytic plant, and the Weiqiao Lightweight Base.
