On November 23, the opening ceremony of the Weiqiao Enterprise-wide Intelligent Digital Transformation Leadership Program was successfully held at the Weiqiao Pioneering Management Institute. Professor He Ping, Associate Dean of the School of Economics and Management at Tsinghua University; Professor Chen Yuping, Chair Professor in the Department of Marketing and Academic Director of the program; Zhang Bo, Chairman of Weiqiao Pioneering Group; and Zhang Hongxia, Party Secretary and General Manager of Weiqiao Pioneering Group, attended the ceremony and jointly activated the launch of the program.

At the opening ceremony, Zhang Bo emphasized that intelligent digital transformation is both an inevitable choice and a vital engine for corporate development. As the Group stands at a critical stage of transformation, intelligent digitalization requires a comprehensive upgrade of knowledge and skills, organizational systems, and mindsets. He encouraged participants to seize the learning opportunity, connect theory with practice, engage in active exchange and innovation, and translate learning into practical capability. He urged them to approach challenges with an open mindset and contribute to the Group’s transformation efforts.

Professor He Ping pointed out that the digital economy is reshaping the global competitive landscape, and intelligent digital transformation is a task that enterprises must confront and proactively embrace. He commended Weiqiao Pioneering Group for its exploration and progress in digital transformation and noted that the School of Economics and Management at Tsinghua University would leverage its academic strengths to fully support the Group’s transformation and drive high-quality development.
