On January 21, Dong Kuiyong, President of China Cotton Textile Association, and his entourage visited Weiqiao Pioneering Group for research. Zhang Hongxia, Secretary of the Party Committee and President of the Group, held an exchange forum with Dong Kuiyong and his entourage.

During the meeting, Zhang Hongxia introduced the Group’s initiatives and achievements in digital and intelligent transformation, green and low-carbon development, integration of industry, academia and research, and market expansion. Dong Kuiyong spoke highly of Weiqiao’s exploration and practical achievements in digitalization and green, low-carbon development. He expressed hope that the Group would continue to play a leading role in the industry, further strengthen collaborative innovation across the industrial chain, and jointly promote the modernization and upgrading of the industry.

During the visit, Dong Kuiyong and his entourage also conducted an on-site research tour of the green and intelligent factory of Weiqiao Textile.
