On February 14, Chairman Zhang Bo carried out Spring Festival inspections and visits at the Zhanhua and Beihai production bases, and presided over a symposium to solicit opinions from employees. Zhao Dong, Secretary of the Zhanhua District Party Committee, and other district leaders attended the event.

At the symposium, employee representatives offered suggestions on technological innovation, digital and intelligent transformation, and corporate culture. Chairman Zhang Bo listened carefully and urged relevant departments to sort out and study these proposals, turning employees’ suggestions into concrete measures for development.

Chairman Zhang Bo commended the contributions made by the Zhanhua and Beihai production bases to the enterprise and regional development. He called for further consolidating the management foundation and accelerating transformation and upgrading. He also encouraged young employees to integrate their personal values into the overall development of the enterprise, unite as one, and strive relentlessly to build a respected century-old manufacturing enterprise.
