On January 19, LV Mingtao led the members of the leading group of the Municipal Party Committee just elected at the first Congress of Zouping city of the Communist Party of China to visit and study at Zhang Shiping Memorial Hall. Zhang Hongxia, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of the Group, accompanied the visitors.

In the preface hall of the memorial hall, members of the leading group of the Municipal Party Committee successively presented flowers to the bronze statue of former Chairman Zhang Shiping.

LV Mingtao pointed out that the former Chairman Zhang Shiping adhered to strict management of the enterprise and worked hard all his life, and summarized excellent enterprise management ideas from years of enterprise management practice. This idea was applicable to many aspects of the construction of the leading group of our Municipal Party Committee and was worthy of learning from all walks of life in Zouping city.
