On July 5th, the provincial major scientific and technological innovation project——"Traffic Lightweight based on Aluminum" scientific and technological demonstration project launch meeting was held in weiqiao Pioneering Group headquarters.

Tang Bo, Party Secretary and Director of the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, Li Chuntian, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Binzhou, Zhang Bo, Chairman of Weiqiao Pioneering Group, etc. started the project together.

唐波在启动会上作重要讲话。他说，省委省政府高度重视铝产业发展，将促进全省铝产业高质量快速发展纳入《山东省新旧动能转换重大工程实施规划》《山东省国民经济和社会发展第十四个五年规划和2035年远景目标纲要》，打造“山东铝业”品牌。“双碳”战略背景下，交通领域碳减排对全社会实现碳达峰、碳中和意义重大，而铝合金是交通轻量化的必然选择。省科技厅组织实施了“基于铝基的交通轻量化科技示范工程”，聚焦汽车、船舶等交通用铝科学性、关键性技术问题，按照“边示范、边攻关、边验证、边推广”的思路，全链条布局研制高强度和轻质材料，优化车身结构的轻量化设计、多场景应用示范等，推动重大集成性创新，打通由技术到产品的通道，突破一批产业关键核心技术，孵化一批科技型企业，形成一批行业标准，建成一批铝基材料的示范生产工厂，带动铝基车辆百万辆推广，着力促进我省铝加工产业链技术和体量“能级跃升”，促进全省铝行业高质量快速发展。

Tang bo hoped that all parties would earnestly perform their duties, further strengthen the concept of performance management and promote the smooth implementation of the project. The provincial Science and Technology Department would actively act as a service, and cooperate with relevant departments to provide a good policy environment for the demonstration project.

In his speech at the meeting, Li Chuntian said that we should stand up as the government, fully implement the chief technical engineer responsibility system with the guidance and support of the Department of Science and Technology and experts, give the greatest support in terms of policies and financial elements according to the project implementation plan, achieve mutual benefit, and set a model for the development of aluminum based lightweight in the province and even the country.
