On October 22, Zhang Bo, Chairman of Weiqiao Pioneering Group, met with Ma Changhai, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman, and General Manager of Weichai Group, along with his delegation.
