On the morning of October 23, the 7th Binzhou Entrepreneurs Conference and “Binzhou Enterprises to the World” Promotion Conference were held at the Yellow River Delta Trading Center. Municipal Party Secretary Song Yongxiang attended the conference and delivered a speech. Ma Junyun, Director of the Standing Committee of the Binzhou Municipal People’s Congress, and Fan Liansheng, Chairman of the CPPCC Binzhou Committee, were present, while Deputy Party Secretary Liu Zhongyuan presided over the meeting.

Zhang Bo, President of the Binzhou Entrepreneurs Association and Chairman of Weiqiao Pioneering Group, attended the conference and delivered a speech. Zhang Hongxia, Party Secretary and General Manager of Weiqiao Pioneering Group, also attended.

In his speech, Zhang Bo emphasized that entrepreneurs across Binzhou have resonated with the Party committees and governments, actively engaging in key campaigns for investment promotion, project construction, and industrial economic growth. They have demonstrated strong resilience and innovative vitality, providing powerful support for Binzhou’s stable and high-quality economic progress.

Zhang Bo put forward five suggestions for entrepreneurs:

Cultivate a Broad Entrepreneurial Vision — With a sense of responsibility and strategic foresight, guide enterprises to become key forces in building a new development pattern and achieving high-quality growth.

Accelerate Innovation and Transformation — Break away from inertia and path dependence, and have the courage to be pioneers and innovators.

Win the Green and Low-Carbon Battle — Practice green development concepts, enhance operational efficiency and management, and promote green transformation in step with high-quality development.

Build a Collaborative Development Community — Embrace openness, cooperation, and resource sharing to form a more resilient and dynamic modern industrial system.

Focus on Social Responsibility — Pay greater attention to social and environmental benefits, demonstrating corporate commitment in promoting common prosperity and social harmony.

At the conference, the Binzhou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government announced the 2025 “Golden, Silver, and Bronze Lion” and “Gold Star” award lists for Quality Binzhou Construction.

Zhang Hongxia and Yang Congsen were honored on the Golden Lion List, Zhang Wei and Song Haiying on the Silver Lion List, and Wang Xinjian, Zhang Hongmei, and Xu Jian on the Bronze Lion List.
